Transport copii

Compania ofera asistenta speciala pentru copiii care calatoresc singuri. Acest serviciu este oferit pasagerilor intre 5 si 18 de ani. Copiii sub varsta de 5 ani nu au voie sa calatoreasca singuri. Serviciul este obligatoriu pentru copiii neinsotiti cu varste intre 5 si 12 ani si este optionala pentru cei cu varsta de la 12 la 18 ani.

Transport animale

Transportul animalelor de companie in cabina aeronavei nu este permis, cu exceptia cainilor de serviciu, ci doar la compartimentul de bagaje inregistrate, ca parte a acestora, sau in terminalul cargo.

Transportul de pisici si cainii din Australia, Noua Zeelanda, Marea Britanie si Statele Unite ale Americii, precum si in Marea Britanie si Houston nu este permis.

Transportul de animale nu este permis pe zborurile operate cu aeronave A345-500 si A380-800. Pentru zborurile operate de A380-800, numai pesti tropicali, insecte si reptile pot fi acceptate ca marfuri.
